摘    要:对玉米秸秆水解液发酵产丁二酸进行了研究。玉米秸秆水解液中含有对菌体生长不利的物质,通过不同的脱毒方法处理玉米秸秆水解液,考察了脱毒前后抑制物以及总糖含量的变化,结果表明,活性炭和Ca(OH)2同时使用的脱毒效果最好;抑制物糠醛及羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的去除率分别为91.11%、89.83%,而总糖损失率仅为5.57%。用脱毒后的玉米秸秆水解液作为碳源发酵产丁二酸,其产量可达到66.23g/L,收率为67.28%,分别比未经脱毒时提高24.81g/L,25.30%。

Abstract:Succinic acid producted by anaerobic fermentation using corn stalk hydrolysate as carbon source was studied.However, the hydrolysate contained, in addition to sugars, several compounds that are toxic to microorganisms.In order to improve the fermentability of the hydrolysate, several procedures were evaluated for detoxication of the hydrolysate.The concentration of inhibitors and total sugar in the corn stalk hydrolysate were investigated.The results showed that activated charcoal conbinated with Ca(OH)2 treatment was the effective method for removing the inhibitors.By this treatment, 91.11% of furfural and 89.83% of hydroxymethylfurfural were removed from the hydrolysate, while the loss of total sugar was only 5.57%.The concentration of succinic acid reached 66.23g/L with the yield of 67.28% from the detoxified corn stalk hydrolysate, which were 24.81g/L, 25.30% higher than that with the initial hydtolysate, respectively.
