低芥酸菜籽油脂肪酸甲酯合成二乙醇酰胺的研究

摘    要:二乙醇酰胺作为一种非离子表面活性剂广泛应用于洗涤剂、香波、化妆品、纺织等领域。本课题以低芥酸菜籽油为原料合成二乙醇酰胺,研究了影响合成的因素及产品的性能,并对产品进行了分析检测。研究结果表明:以低芥酸菜籽油为原料,采用甲酯法合成的二乙醇酰胺可以作为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)的替代品。

Abstract:Diethanloamides as non-ionic surfactants are widely used in the fields of detergents, cosmetics, shampoos and textiles. This dissertation is about the synthesis method of diethalamides syathesized from low erucic acid rapeseed oil. The properties and the factors that affected the reaction were studied. The quality of the products was analyzed. The results show that diethanloamides Synthesized from low erucic acid rapeseed oil by methyl ester method can be a substitute for coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide(6501).
