针对权重不完全确定且属性取值为精确数、区间数和模糊数相结合的混合型多属性效能评估问题,提出了一种基于区间数灰关联投影的装备效能评估方法.介绍了该方法的基本概念和基本原理,建立了综合决策方案与正、负理想方案之间接近程度的决策模型,总结了用该方法进行效能评估的一般步骤.在此基础上,对几种类型的导弹进行了装备效能排序计算,验证了采用该方法评估装备效能的有效性和可行性.
