摘    要:在田间和盆栽条件下,研究了稀释浓度为400、600和800倍黄柠乳油液在烤烟的光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量和根系活力等方面的生理效应。结果表明,3种浓度都能提高叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率,增加叶绿素含量和根鲜、干重,增强根系活力。以上生理效应在3种浓度之间存在显著或极显著差异,其中以600倍液表现最佳,而400倍液在烟株生长后期有一定的负效应。

Abstract:The photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,chlorophyll quantum and the root activity were examined in flue cured tobacco plant treated by different concentration(400,600 and 800 times)of HuangLing EC7 in field and pot culture conditions.The results showed that three concentrations increased the photosynthetic rate,transpration rate,chlorophyll quantum,root activity,root fresh weight and root dry weight.There was certain difference in the physiological effects among three concentrations.600 times gave the best results,but 400 times did a certain negative effect in the late growing period.
