摘    要:结合食品废水工程实例,介绍了采用隔油+调节池+UASB+接触氧化法工艺处理高浓度食品废水的工艺设计实例。升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)是该污水处理工艺的核心部分,通过三相分离器可以把含有废水、沼气及颗粒污泥的混合液实现气、液、固的分离。运行实践表明,该处理工艺运行稳定,产生剩余污泥量少,处理成本低,且各项指标均可达到《广东省水污染物排放限值》DB44/26-2001第二时段一级排放标准。

Abstract:Combination of food wastewater treatment, an example of using the process of Grease Trap + UASB + Contact oxidation process for treating the wastewater from high-concentration food wastewater was introduced, Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed(UASB) was the core part of the sewage treatment process. Through the three-phase separator can contain wastewater and sludge mixture of gas and particles to achieve gas-liquid-solid separation. Practice showed the process was running stable, less residual sludge, dealing with low-cost, and the various indicators can be to achieve "water pollutant discharge limits in Guangdong Province" DB44/26-2001 second time an emission standard.
