广州光大橡园结构抗震性能分析与设计

摘    要:广州光大橡园为平面、竖向等多项不规则的超限复杂高层建筑,设计中采用SATWE进行计算分析,并采用ETABS软件进行设计验证;对于转换层及转换桁架等复杂构件采用有限元程序进行分析。在较全面的分析研究的基础上,对结构的抗震薄弱部位采取了有针对性的加强措施,提出了加强结构整体抗震能力的措施和抗震对策。

Abstract:Guangzhou everbright oak garden is a ultra-limit and complicated tall building with some irregular terms such as plane and vertical.In the seismic analysis and design,SATWE program is used as well as the ETABS is adopted as verify.And the complicate members such as transfer truss is analyzed by ANSYS.Based on the overall analytical study,the seismic measures and details are proposed for the weak place and seismic capacity of the structure
