桩基础差异沉降变形控制方法研究

摘    要:差异沉降变形是高层和超高层建筑基础设计的控制要点,本文在分析上部结构与基础和地基共同作用的基础上,通过调整刚度分布的方法来控制差异沉降,并阐述以差异沉降控制的桩基础设计理论的研究及其意义。

Abstract:Deformation of differential settlement is a key control point in foundation design of high-rise or extra-high buildings. Based on the analysis of interaction among superstructure,foundation and subgrade foundation,differential settlement is controlled by stiffness distribution adjustment. The research and significance of differential settlement controlled pile foundation design theory is elaborated.
