超高层钢结构转换层施工技术

摘    要:广州珠江新城J2-2地块项目超高层钢结构转换层施工技术,采取厂内实体卧拼和计算机模拟预拼互验规则;优化后,可直接采用计算机模拟验收。桁架层超重构件吊装、定位、焊接等关键施工工段,采取相应的施工措施,保证施工质量及精度。为超高层钢结构转换层施工积累了宝贵的经验。

Abstract:Guangzhou Zhujiang new town project plot J2--2 adopts the construction technology for transfer floor in super high-rise steel structure buiding, and assembling the steel components in factory and simulating the assembly process by computer in order to cheek each other. If possible, the steel conmponents can be directly accepted by computer simulation. During the key construction process of overweight steel components which were assembled in transfer floor, like lifting, positioning, welding etc, the corresponding construction measures were taken to ensure the construction quality and accuracy. It may provide references for the construction technology for transfer floor of super high-rise steel structure buiding.
