iFIX在余热发电监控系统中的应用

摘    要:根据水泥窑纯低温余热发电系统工艺特点及控制要求,设计了基于iFIX组态软件的余热发电监控系统。该系统具有强大的监视、控制和管理功能,能够实时地显示被监控设备的各种数据,同时完成报警、趋势曲线、历史记录、报表打印等功能。运行结果表明,该系统很好地满足了水泥生产线余热发电控制要求。

Abstract:According to the production process and the control requirement of pure low temperature waste heat power generation plant, A SCADA system based on iFIX configuration software was designed. It had the strong function of monitoring, controlling and management with showing timely the data of de-vices, as well as the function of alarming, trend curve, history records and printing of report table etc. The running results show that the system meet the control requirements of waste heat power generation. in cement production line.
