美国阿拉斯加州塔纳纳河桥主梁制孔技术

摘    要:针对美国阿拉斯加州塔纳纳河桥的结构特点,提出一种道碴板与多片大跨度主粱上盖板栓接的上承式筒支栓焊钢板梁的制孔方法,以保证栓孔重合率、降低架设难度、提高生产效率。通过实践,该桥杆件的制作质量满足合同及规范要求、现场架设栓孔重合率高,证明所采用的制孔方法科学合理、工艺可行。

Abstract:According to the structure characteristics of Tanana River Bridge in Alaska of America, this paper introduces a kind of method of making holes for the bolted and welded structure with ballast pan connected with top flanges of main girders by bolts, to ensure alignment of holes, decrease erection difficulty, and improve production efficiency. Through practice, the fabrication quality of the members for the bridge meets the requirements of contract and code. hence the alignment of bolts is good enough to make the smooth erection, the method is proved to be scientific and reasonahle.
