超高层钢结构中桁架层下连次柱施工技术

摘    要:介绍一种超高层巨型框架结构桁架层下连次柱的施工技术。通过在次柱施工过程中,采用专门设计的临时支撑系统,合理安排施工顺序,控制加载程序和实施结构变形监测等一系列手段,保证上部桁架结构在加载完成之前可自由变形,整个巨型结构体系能够按照设想的分工协作方式进行传力,从而实现巨型框架结构体系中结构的水平荷载与竖向荷载主要由巨柱和桁架组成的巨型结构承担,次柱只承受本层竖向荷载或者上部传递的少数竖向荷载的目的。

Abstract:It was presented a construction technology of the secondary columns under truss layers of super high- rise steel buildings. With a specially designed temporary support system, reasonable arrangements for the construction sequence and a series of measures to control loader and deformation monitoring, this technology ensures that the upper truss can be freely deformed before the loading is completed, and the entire structure can complete the force transmission with the way of collaborative approach envisaged. Horizontal load and vertical load in the mega frame structure would be carried primarily by the mega frame in the giant structure; and the second column only bears vertical loads of the layer or few vertical load transfered by the upper layer.
