基于PLC控制的变频闭环调速系统设计

摘    要:利用PLC、变频器、异步电动机及旋转编码器构建交流变频闭环调速控制系统。文章介绍了变频调速系统的组成及工作原理,给出了系统控制方案并设计了相关梯形图程序,利用MCGS组态软件对该系统的上位机监控界面进行设计。运行结果表明:该系统可靠性高,扩展性好,动态响应速度快。

Abstract:This paper using PLC, inverter, asynchronous motor and rotary encoder to structure a closed loop system of AC variable frequency drive. The thesis described the constitution and working prin-ciple of the variable-frequency drive,give a control method of system and design the ladder diagram pro-gram, using MCGS configuration software to design the monitoring interface of system. The trial operation results show that the system has high reliability,good scalability and fast dynamic response.
