摘    要:提出了一种新的网络化制造平台下个性化产品定制系统中客户满意度的数学模型,并应用基于Bayes决策的改进粒子群优化(PSO)算法求解客户满意度,获得了较好的收敛效果。面向客户的个性化产品定制系统可以让客户通过定制系统提出对产品的个性化需求,使企业有效地满足客户多品种、小批量、多批次、短周期和高质量的消费需求。

Abstract:A mathematical model of Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI)in individualized product customization system was put forward,which was based on networked manufacturing platform.The problem of customer satisfaction index in terms of this model can be solved by improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)according to Bayes method and a good convergence effect has been ob- tained.The customization system offers a kind of new way to meet customers' requirements that the customers are eager for consumption of varieties,low-volume production,short cycle and high- quality.
