| 摘 要： | 利用汽车尾气的热管暖气装置是通过调整蒸发段与冷凝段的管长之比,进而控制蒸发段与冷凝段的换热系数之比,使冷凝段的换热系数和传热面积之积与蒸发段的换热系数和传热面积之积的比值在合理范围,从而控制热管管内温度,使热管处于安全工作范围.阐述了利用汽车尾气的热管暖气装置管内温度控制原理,并对其安全性进行了分析.

| Abstract: | The heat pipe exchangers that make use of the car tail spirit are studied. By adjusting the ratio of pipe length of evaporative stage to the condensation stage, the ratio of heat exchange coefficients of evaporative stage to the condensation stage is controlled, which keeps the ratio of the multiple of heat exchange coefficients and heat exchange area of evaporative stage to the condensation stage in the rational range. So the temperature in the heat pipe is controlled, which can make the heat pipe work in the range of security. The control principle of temperature in the heat pipe of the exchangers is introduced and its security is analyzed. |
