莱菔多糖分离纯化及相对分子质量初探

摘    要:采用超声辅助提取莱菔粗多糖(RP),经Sevag法脱除蛋白,苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量。葡聚糖凝胶SephedexG-100进一步分离纯化,得到酸性多糖RP1和RP2。采用高效凝胶渗透色谱(HPGPC)对纯化后的两组分分别进行分析。实验结果表明:多糖含量为49.1%,RP1、RP2保留时间几乎相同,计算得平均相对分子质量分别为2.9741×104Da和3.1038×104Da。

Abstract:Using ultrasound-assisted extraction radish polysaccharide(RP),removing of protein by Sevag method,phenol-sulfuric acid method for the determination of the polysaccharide content.By Sephedex G-100 for further separation and purification received acid polysaccharides RP1 and RP2.High Performance Gel Permeation Chromatography(HPGPC)analyzed component RP1,RP2 after purified,respectively.The result showed the retention time were almost same of RP1 and RP2.Calculated the average relative molecular mass was 2.974...
