| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO后，对外贸易飞速发展，但随之而来的国外反倾销案例也逐渐增多。本文以温州打火机遭遇欧盟反倾销和广东瓷砖遭遇印度反倾销为例进行对比，分析他们遭遇国外反倾销的原因以及两种截然不同的结果，从中归纳出一些经验和教训，为今后企业应对国外反倾销提供有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | China has attended WTO,and foreign trade is developed at full speed.China is one of the countries which are subjected to the most anti-dumping from other countries at present.This text compares with Wengzhou Lighter subjected to EU anti-dumping and Guangdong Ceramic Tile subjected to India anti-dumping, analyses the reasons they suffered of foreign anti-dumping and two kinds of completely different results,so that some important experience?lessons and helpful reference to foreign countries anti-dumping can be obtained for enterprise in the future. |
