| 摘 要： | 研究了压电陶瓷常规电性能自动测试系统,解决了精度和速度不能兼顾的矛盾。分析对比了传输线法和自动测试系统产生的误差。结果表明,用压电陶瓷常规电性能自动测试系统完全可以取代传输线法。
