| Abstract: | This article pursures the silica perfective using and technology condition choice in the copper clad laminate after surface treament and the silica influence and development on the general properties of the copper clad laminate. This article also seek the development on the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE, X-axis) and the hole wall resin recession of the laminate after adding the silica into the laminate. |
