摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源,天然沸石为载体,采用吸附相反应技术,以沸石表面吸附的水层为"纳米反应器",制备了沸石/TiO2光催化剂。运用红外光谱分析和X-射线光电子能谱分析对沸石/TiO2光催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,在沸石表面成功地负载了纳米TiO2。以250W紫外线高压汞灯为光源,以有机颜料甲基橙为目标降解物,研究了沸石/TiO2光催化剂的光催化性能,并探讨了沸石中TiO2负载量、沸石/TiO2用量与催化剂催化活性之间的关系。结果表明,当沸石与钛酸丁酯质量比为1∶3时,沸石/TiO2光催化剂具有较好的光催化活性。提高沸石/TiO2光催化剂的用量能提高其对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解效率。

Abstract:The titanium dioxide(TiO2) based photocatalysts were prepared on the adsorption layer of the zeolite which acted as a "nanreactor".The zeolite/TiO2photocatalysts were characterized by IR and X-Ray photoelectron energy spectrum analysis.The results indicated that nanometer TiO2 was successfully prepared on the surface of zeolite.The photocatalytic properties of zeolite/TiO2 photocatalysts were studied by degradation of methyl orange under a 250 W ultraviolet light irradiation.And the effects of TiO2 amount and zeolite/TiO2photocatalyst amount on photocatalytic activity were examined.The results showed that the photocatalyst was of better photocatalytic activity when the rate of TiO2 to zeolite is 1∶3.Furthermore,the photocatalytic efficiency was improved when the amount of photocatalyst increased.
