| 摘 要： | 利用UV355激光器作为激光源和自行设计的光路系统,研制出UV355 PCB柔性加工机床,通过对激光加工工艺和PCB制作工艺的研究,开发出具有钻孔、切割、成型、刻板等多种功能于一体的数控系统。UV355 PCB柔性加工机床为目前PCB发展中的几个关键性工艺难题提出了解决方案。
