| 摘 要： | 对N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液(PVAc乳液)胶粘剂的2种合成工艺进行了比较研究。结果表明:预聚合工艺获得的NMA改性PVAc乳液胶粘剂的粘度要比预乳化工艺获得的粘度大,2种工艺均能制备出比未改性PVAc乳液胶粘剂胶接性能好的改性PVAc乳液胶粘剂;应视具体要求来选择合成工艺,但预乳化工艺的粘度可控性好于预聚合工艺。

| Abstract: | Two kinds of process for the synthesis of N-methylolacrylamide modified vinylacetate polymer emulsion adhesives were compared.Result showed that the viscosity of emulsion adhesives from prepolymerization process was larger than that of preemulsification,but the bonding performances were both better than those of unmodified ones.The choice of synthesis technology was depended on factual needs,but the controllability of viscosity of emulsion adhesives in preemulsification process was better than that in prepolymerization. |
