三极并联齿轮泵理论研究

摘    要:研究一种新型液压动力元件,对其结构原理、功率密度、径向力、流量特性等进行了分析。该泵轴向尺寸小、功率密度高、流量品质好、主动齿轮所受径向力平衡、从动齿轮所受径向力也大为减少,保留了普通齿轮泵的结构和性能特(优)点,克服了"平衡式复合齿轮泵"的不足,具有较高的研究和应用价值。

Abstract:A new kind gear pump is researched that it is consisted of a driving toothed gear and three driven toothed gear.Not only is a function principle dealt with,but also delivery quality analyzed.The result show that in the condition of gear parameters are the same,the bump displacement,average delivery and instantaneous flow-rate increase three times.The bump power density increases.This kind bump not only reserves average bump properties such as simple construction,resistance of pollution,but also has the following properties such as compact construction,high power density,easier made,low cost etc..It has a good feature in industry application.
