摘    要:针对安阳钢铁股份有限公司Φ400mm 机组生产的镀锌角钢酸洗质量差的问题,结合氧化铁皮生成理论和现场实际情况,分析了轧制工艺对热轧角钢表面氧化铁皮的影响,提出了改进加热炉温度制度和时间制度、新增高压水除鳞设备、增设精轧冷却水喷雾装置和冷床冷却水喷雾冷却装置与强制风冷装置等措施,使镀锌角钢酸洗质量合格率由85.0%提高到99.7%。

Abstract:In view of bad pickling quality of galvanized angle steel at Anyang Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,the influence of hot rolling process on the surface oxide scale of angle steel was analyzed.Therefore,the heating schedule was improved,the high pressure descaling equipment was added,and water spray cooling units were added at finishing mill and cooling bed.At last,the pickling quality of galvanized angle steel was improved,and the pass rate of product increased from 85.0%to 99.7%.
