稀土偶联剂REC对复合材料老化性能的影响

摘    要:研究了用稀土偶联剂 (REC)处理的CaCO3、Mg (OH) 2 、BaSO4 与PP或ABS所形成复合体系的老化性能、力学性能及流动性。发现此偶联剂对这几种填料均有良好的改性作用 :力学性能显著提高 ,流动性明显改善。CaCO3、Mg (OH) 2 的加入对PP的光氧老化过程有加速作用 ,对热氧老化过程有不明显的阻滞作用 ;而BaSO4 则对ABS体系的光氧、热氧老化过程均有阻滞作用。新型偶联剂对各体系光氧老化过程有轻微的促进作用 ,而对热氧老化过程无明显影响 ,老化性能优于钛酸酯偶联剂

Abstract:The modification of a rare earth complex(REC)as couple agent of CaCO 3,Mg(OH) 2 and BaSO 4 were investigated and the improvements in flowability and mechanical properties showed that REC had excellent modification to the surface of fillers.The mechanical properties measure and FTIR test of samples underwent atmosphere exposed and heated-oven aging revealed that the filled of CaCO 3,Mg(OH) 2 could retard the thermal-oxidation and accelerate photo-oxidation of PP,whereas BaSO 4 could retard both the thermal-oxidation and photo-oxidation of ABS.The use of the new coupling agent could accelerate the photo-oxidation feebly and have almost no effect on thermal-oxidation.
