摘    要:某330MW汽轮发电机组由于主要辅机缺陷导致出力不足,采用节流高压加热器抽汽的运行方式来增加出力以满足机组的调峰要求。文章运用火电机组经济性分析理论并通过凝汽机组变工况计算,定量分析出节流高加抽汽运行方式时机组经济性的影响较大。由此时该机组实施了相应改造,并对改造后的运行方式进行了优化,较好地提高了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract:One 330 MW steam turbine unit was derated as a result of defects existing on the main auxiliary equipment,the operation mode of throttling the extraction steam of high pressure(HP)feedwater heaters was adopted to raise the output of unit for meeting the peaking requirement,Based on the equivalent enthalpy drop method and the theory of off-design conditions calculation of steam turbine,the conducted quantitative analysis showed that,the impact of operation mode of throttling the extraction steam of HP feedwater heaters on the economics of unit was greater.thereby the relevant retrofit was carried out,and there after the operation mode was optimized,with the operation economics of unit improved fairly.
