苯乙烯装置中的高温换热器设计

摘    要:苯乙烯装置的中间换热器在800℃以上高温下工作,介绍了引进设备的选材和结构设计,分析了引进设备结构上的缺点,同时说明国产设备在结构设计上所做的改进,提高了换热效率,简化了制造工艺,并增加了设备的整体安全性。

Abstract:The intermediate heat exchager in the styrene plant is working under high temperature over 800 degree. The article introduced the selection of material and the structural design of the imported intermediate heat exchanger and analyzed the structural disadvantages of the imported equipment. At the same time, the improvement of the structure of domestic designed equipment was described. As the result of the improvement, the heat exchange was more efficient. Fabricating process was simplified and safety of the entire equipment was enhanced.
