水冶系统细碎树脂分离研究

摘    要:新疆伊宁某铀矿水冶工艺经过10年的生产运行,系统细碎树脂体积比已达到26.93%,严重影响了水冶工艺运行和生产;通过建立细碎树脂分离漂洗塔,有效降低了细碎树脂的含量,提高了树脂的孔隙率,增大了工艺溶液的流量;同时有利于降低贫树脂中的硝酸根含量,有效提高了1R饱和树脂铀容量和水冶回收率。

Abstract:Hydrometallurgical process,plant in Yining uranium mine,after ten years production run,the system crushing resin volume ratio has reached 26.93 percent,seriously affecting the operation of the hydrometallurgical process and production;through the establishment of the crushing resin separation and rinse tower,effectivereduce the crushing resin content,the porosity of the resin,increasing the flow of the process solution;at the same time help to reduce the nitrate content in the depleted resin,improve 1R uranium capacity of the unsaturated polyester resin and hydrometallurgical recovery.
