新疆某铀矿床CO2+O2中性浸出试验研究

摘    要:针对新疆某矿床矿石碳酸钙含量高的特点,开展了地浸采铀工艺试验,试验表明:中性浸出工艺是一种温和的浸出工艺,浸出的选择性好,浸出过程中对地下水化学成分影响较小,并且CO2可以调节溶浸液的pH值,避免地下水中钙镁等离子的化学沉淀,防止矿层堵塞。试验过程中,浸出液铀浓度随着HCO3-浓度的上升而增涨,浸出液铀浓度达到峰值并持续稳定在60mg/L左右,表明CO2+O2中性浸出工艺的应用取得较好的效果,浸采成本低,是适合该矿床开采经济合理的浸出工艺。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of high calcium carbonate content of ore at a uranium deposit,Xinjiang,To develop in-situ leaching of uranium technological test.The results indicate that the neutral leaching technology is a mild leaching technology,efficient selectivity,can less impact on influence on chemical composition of groundwater in the leaching process.And the CO2 can adjust the pH of leaching solution,avoid chemical precipitation in groundwater such as calcium and magnesium in plasma.prevent plugging on the ore bed.In the test,the leached-out uranium concentration increase with the rise of HCO 3 concentration.The leached-out uranium concentration reached the peak and sustainable stability at 60mg/L or so.The results show that application of leaching technology of CO2+O2 can get better results.low cost in leaching.The economical and reasonable leaching technology suitable for the mining in the mine.
