铀矿地浸钻孔高效低伤害泡沫 洗井液的配方研究及现场应用

摘    要:利用高速搅拌装置和岩芯流动试验装置,通过室内试验,优选出了高效低伤害的泡沫洗井液配方,并对不同洗孔方式的效率进行了对比研究,开展了17个钻孔的泡沫洗孔现场试验。结果表明:以AES为主的泡沫洗井液稳定性较好,携砂能力强,泡沫洗孔的效率远高于压缩空气洗孔。

Abstract:The foam components mainly composed of AES are selected according to the tests of high-speed agitation and core flow,which show the good performance and low damage to core permeability.Have accomplished the field test of foam washing 17 wells following the results of indoor test.The field test results show that the stabilization and sand carrying capacity of foam are high.The subsequent washing process can clean the sand and gravel out of well end,which is higher effect compared with the method of air washing.
