| Abstract: | Nowadays,the phenomenon of abusing the administrative power of city planning exists with the urban planning administration.The city planning administration should insist on the"right standard", take protecting and guaranteeing the right of the opposite person for administration as the ultimate goal.It is an effective way to reach the goal of con- trol and protection of rights in city planning by es- tablishing the dministrative trust protection system. |
