摘    要:优化蔓荆子总黄酮提取工艺。在乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间等单因素实验的基础上,以总黄酮得率为响应值,采用响应曲面法中的Box-Behnken模式对提取工艺进行研究。最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度75%,料液比1∶23,提取温度70℃,提取时间2h。经实验验证,此条件下,蔓荆子总黄酮得率达2.54%。优选得到的工艺稳定可行,可为工业生产提供参考依据。响应曲面试验设计法可在连续范围内进行分析,优于现在普遍采用的只能分析离散条件的正交实验设计。

Abstract:The extraction technology of flavonoids from Fructus Viticis is optimized. On the basis of four single factors, such as ethanol concentration, ratio of solid to liquid, temperature and time, the extraction technology of the total flavonoids is studied by the Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology. The optimized extraction conditions are as follows: ethanol concentration is 66%, solid-liquid ratio is 1:23, extraction temperature is 50℃, extraction time is 2h. The experimental result confirmed that under the optimal conditions, the yield of total flavonoids was up to 2.54%. The extraction technology was feasible and stable and could be helpful to the factory production and better than using the orthogonal design.
