风机喘振分析及解决方案

摘    要:离心风机发生喘振时,转子及定子元件受交变应力,级间压力失调引起的强烈振动,使密封及轴承损坏,甚至发生转子与定子元件相碰、压送的气体外泄、引起爆炸等恶性事故。因此,离心式风机严禁在喘掁区域内运行。中海炼油惠州炼油分公司制硫风机在开工过程中曾多次喘振现象及风机出口压力波动引起风机运行声音异常。文章结合中海炼油惠州炼油分公司制硫装置工艺特点针对性阐述了以上两种事故识别及解决方案,对同类问题的解决提供了参考依据。

Abstract:When fan surge of the centrifugal fan occured, the alternating stress and imbalance pressure resulted in a strong vibration of the rota and stator components. That might damage the seal and bearing, or even lead to the leakage of the delivered high pressure gas and fatal explosion, as the stator and rota were subject to collision with each other.
