减少络筒纱线毛羽的探讨

摘    要:针对纱线经过络筒机后毛羽数量不但不减少反而会增加这一现象,分析了络筒工序纱线毛羽产生的各种因素。说明络纱毛羽与络筒机型、机械状态、工艺参数和操作水平有一定的关系;1332M型、GA013型等络筒机络纱毛羽比自动络筒机的少。要减少络纱毛羽,首先要采取措施减少管纱毛羽,其次应合理选择张力圈重量、清纱板隔距、导纱距离、破裂环高度、气圈控制器和气圈破裂器等工艺参数;同时,还要选择新型涡流喷嘴、新型气圈破裂环和导纱轮等装置。

Abstract:As to the increase instead of decrease of fuzzy yarn after winding process,analysis is done to the factors involved with fuzzy yarn.Conclusion is made that fuzzy yarn in winding process is related with variety,performance and operation of winding machines.Winding machines 1332 and GA013 are advantageous over auto-winding machines in less fuzzy yarn.Fuzzy yarn must be be reduced from the bobbin yarn,and measures taken to properly select drag washers,devil catchers,yarn guiding,blow-up ring,balloon controller,balloon blower clearrance as to their specifications.And more,new backset nozzles,new blow-up rings and guiding wheels are indispensable.
