摘    要:要想有效推行人性化管理,必须尊重人、关心人、爱护人、理解人。要以四项原则:即意识培育原则、人尽其用原则、教育培训原则、激活潜能原则为指导。在具体实践中树立以人为本的管理理念,采用灵活的管理手段,建立科学的管理制度。

Abstract:To carry out human nature management efficiently must respect person、show solicitude for person、cherish person and understand person,and be guided by the four principles,that is,consciousness training principle、the principle of making the best possible use of men、education and training principle and active latent capacity principle. In practice we need establish the management concept of taking person as core,and scientific management system with flexible management means.
