| Abstract: | Dezhou Xin Hu Park is one of the main comprehensive urban public parks in De Zhou City. It's an important place for sports and recreational activities of citizens. Therefore how to plan, design and build this park perfectly is the main problem in designers' consideration. This article is mainly on the design and usage after build-up of the park. |
