星载大型可展开桁架天线热变形分析

摘    要:为保证某星载大型可展桁架天线在轨运行时能可靠工作,对其进行建模并用有限元法分析该模型;用I-deas计算天线在不同轨道位置的温度场分布;以计算得到的温度作为结构分析的载荷,计算天线反射面在各轨道位置上的均方根误差,实现天线在空间环境下的温度场和热变形分析.该方法对星载天线的结构设计和热控制起到一定的参考作用.

Abstract:To ensure the reliable on orbit operation of a large deployable truss antenna on satellite, the model is built and analyzed by finite element method; the temperature field distribution at different orbital positions is calculated by I deas; the calculated temperature is applied as a thermal load for the structural analysis, and the root mean square error of the reflective surface of the antenna at different orbital positions is calculated, and the temperature field and thermal deformation are analyzed under the space environment. The method can provide some references for the structure design and thermal control of satellite antennas.
