商业银行的效率评估模型及其实证研究

在对商业银行的效率概念进行分析的基础上，建立了商业银行效率评估的DEA模型，提出了一套应用DEA方法对商业银行效率进行评估的投入产出指标。运用所建立的DEA模型对某省20家商业银行进行了实证评价，给出其相应的总效率、技术效率和规模效率。评价结果表明：在20家商业银行中仅有7家处于有效运营状态，其资源配置是合理的；另有7家商业银行需要调整自身的资源投入；6家商业银行无论在资源投入上还是运营管理上均有待改进。

The Efficiency Evaluation Model and Empirical Study About Commercial Banks

Based on the analysis on conceptions of the efficiency evaluation, an input/output index system used the DEA method for the efficiency evaluation on commercial banks is put forward. At the same time, the DEA model which is made use of evaluating the efficiency of commercial banks is established. And then, an empirical study of 20 commercial banks in some province is also given with the model, furthermore, the outcome of efficiency analysis'is gained simultaneously. The result shows that there are only 7 banks is in effective state, and that its resources assignment is reasonable. In addition, there are 7 banks should adjust its input, 6 banks should not only regulates its input ,but also should improve its management.
