摘    要:介绍了负荷传感全液压转向系统工作原理,基于AMESim和LMS Virtual.Lab Mo-tion软件建立了装载机全液压转向系统的联合仿真模型,并对转向系统转向过程的动态特性进行了仿真分析。仿真及试验结果表明:联合仿真模型准确可信,装载机转向多体动力学模型能够准确地模拟系统负载。通过仿真分析发现:轮胎侧偏刚度对转向系统压力振摆具有很大的影响,适当减小该值可以减小压力波动。

Abstract:The working principle the load-sensing full hydraulic system was introduced in this paper.The co-simulation model of the hydraulic steering system of a loader was established based on AMESim and LMS Virtual.Lab Motion.The dynamic characteristics of the steering process was simulated and analyzed.Comparison of simulation and experiment results shows that the co-simulation model is accurate and credible.The multi-body dynamic model can accurately simulate the system load.It is found by simulation analysis that tire cornering stiffness significantly affects the pressure oscillation of the steering system,thus reducing the stiffness can reduce the pressure fluctuation.
