防羽布经纱上浆实践

摘    要:为提高防羽布经纱上浆质量,根据特细号纱上浆重点是通过浸透以增加强力并应兼顾被覆的特点,对CJ 9.7 tex纱上浆的浆料配方进行了优化,并对浆液、浆膜、浆纱性能进行了测试分析.结果表明:对特细号纱上浆,采用酯化淀粉与CP-L以适当比例混合,并适量加入丙烯酸类浆料,浆液浸透与被覆均匀,浆纱强力提高,满足了防羽布的织造要求.

Abstract:To enhance sizing quality of down-proof fabric warp, sizing formula of CJ 9, 7 tex was optimized, size , size fihn and sizing performance of it were tested according to importance of sizing, imbue to increase strength and with coverage. The result shows that adding suitable acrylic size in esterified starch and CP-L with suitable blending ratio in superfine yam sizing, better sizing imbue and coverage can be got, sizing strength is enhanced, and it can reach weaving demands of down-proof fabric.
