声波清灰器在电除尘器上的应用

山东铝业公司水泥厂5 号水泥窑极线肥大,二次放电电流降低,引起电晕闭塞,粉尘排放状况严重恶化,大大超过国家标准。6 号水泥窑生产氧化铝熟料,电除尘器在运行过程中,经常出现窑灰结拱现象,导致灰斗蓄满,窑灰撒地,无法正常送电和除灰,粉尘排放状况严重超标,大量碱粉流失,使生产成本上升。5 号水泥窑安装声波清灰器后,经5 个月的实际运行,电除尘器粉尘排放已达到国家标准,极线的二次电流提高1 倍左右。6 号水泥窑安装声波清灰器后,电除尘器烟尘排放浓度可达80 mg/ m3 以下,已安全运行9 个月,未发生1 起因窑灰结拱造成蓄灰撒地事故。每年因减少碱粉流失,可节省费用30 万元。

Application of Acoustic Wave Dust Cleaner in Electrostatic Precipitators

The pole line is big and the secondary discharge current is lowed, which causes the corona blocking and dust emission is seriously worsened and exceeded the national standard in No.5 cement kiln of the Cement Works, Shandong Aluminum Industrial Company. No.6 cement kiln is used for production of aluminum oxide grog. During operation of its electric precipitator the kiln ash forms an arch very often, which results in full and overflow of the hopper. As a result the power cannot be delivered and ash not be removed normally. The dust emission has seriously exceeded the standard. A lot of alkaline powder is lost and production cost is increased finally. After actual operation for 5 months the dust emission of the precipitator of No.5 cement kiln has meet the national standard and the secondary current of the pole line is increased by about one time. The emission density of No.6 kiln has reached below 80 mg/m3 and the precipitator has run for more than 9 months without any failure caused by ash spreading out due to ash arch accumulation. Annual reduction of loss of alkaline powder can save the cost of 300,000 yuan.
