摘    要:讨论了从粉煤灰中提取回收铝的实验。实验用石灰石——苏打烧结、碳酸钠溶液溶出法提铝,达到了93.21%的高提出率,而提取的 Al_2O_3纯度达90.41%。该实验研究了不同温度下 CaO/SiO_2配比和 Na_2O/Al_2O_3,配比对提取率的影响,初步得出最佳温度和配比。还探讨了提取机理并提出进一步提高提取率和 Al_2O_3纯度所做的工作。

Abstract:This paper discussed the experiment megarding extraction and recovery of aluminium from fly ash.For wxtraction of aluminium,the method of lime stone-soda agglutination and soda solution stripping are used in the experiment,reading the high extraction efficiency, 93.21%,and the purity of the extracted AIO amount to 90. 41%.In this experi- ment,the influence of CaO/SiO and NaO/AIO mix ratio on the wxtraetio efficiency at barious temperatures are studied,and the optimum temperature and mix ratio are got first.Also,this paper discusses the extraction mechanism and puts forward the work that should be done for the further improvement of the extraction efficiency and the purity of AlO.
