航天压电陶瓷微位移作动器设计与实验研究

摘    要:机械精密作动器已经不能满足了空间飞行器多方面的要求,因而利用压电陶瓷材料的正逆压电效应,设计制造了一种高调准精度的微位移作动器,并对其进行了实验研究,实验结果揭示了压电作动器用于空间飞行器部件的定位和抑制振动的优良性能,为进一步完善作动器的设计和在航天领域的推广应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:A novel micro displacement actuator with very high precision positioning has been developed by use of oppose and positive piezo electric effects of piezo ceramics materials because mechanical micro displacement actuators cannot meet demands of a spacecraft. A set of measuring system has been built, and properties of the actuator are experimented. The experiment result shows good properties of the actuator in precision positioning and vibration suppressing. The theoretical and experimental basis for design and extensive application of a micro displacement actuator in spacecraft is provided.
