压力管道输水进、排气系统的设计方法

摘    要:目前,我国压力管道输水的进、排气设计多从经验出发,尚未形成系统方法。为此,运用流体力学方法,通过分析压力管道在充水、泄水和正常运行等工况下的流态和气水运动特点,确定了六种纵剖面特征单元。进而根据按特征单元分类计算、小流量充水和按既定任务选择特定类型空气阀等三个原则,提出了压力管道输水进、排气设计的系统方法———特征单元法。可供设计单位和生产厂家参考。

Abstract:Up to now there is no system approach in the design of air admission and exhaust of water transmission penstock, which is designed based mainly on empirical method. Therefore, six characteristic units of vertical section of penstock are determined by using fluid mechanics method, and through analysis on flow pattern and motive features of air and water under the following operating modes, such as filling, draining, and normal operation, etc.. Thereon, on three principles of, calculation of each characteristic unit, filling with low flow rate and selection of special air valve based on established function, the characteristic unit method-a system approach for design of air admission and exhaust of water transmission penstock-is put forward, which will give a reference to designers and manufactures.
