摘    要:中国石化股份公司济南分公司新建0.50Mt/a延迟焦化装置开工正常后,进行了掺炼污水处理场浮渣的试运。在掺炼浮渣过程中出现了因焦炭产品中块状沥青质较多,造成焦炭质量不合格的问题,经过调研和装置运行分析,认为主要原因是浮渣掺炼量较大,次要原因是部分正常原料没有完全反应。提出减少浮渣油含量、将浮渣从焦炭塔底吹汽给水线注入改从焦炭塔顶大油气线上注入等措施。

Abstract:After normal operation of the new 0.5 Mt/a delayed coking plant of CINOPEC Jinan Co., the test run of blending scum from waste water treatment farm into the feedstock was conducted. When run with scum blending, problems such as increasing amount of block asphaltum in coke and out spec product were investigated. It was considered the main reason for above problems were because of larger blending amount of scum, the second reason was that some of the normal feedstock didn't react completely. Suggestions of reducing scum oil amount, change injection place from the coking tower bottom steam injection line to the coking tower top main oil and steam line were proposed.
