基于面融合技术的钣金CAD

摘    要:提出了一种基于面融合技术的钣金零件设计方法,利用该方法不但能够方便地设计出钣金零件的三维结构,实现钣金零件的展开,而且可以根据展开工艺原理生成二维展开图。最后给出了一个开关柜行业钣金零件的设计和展开的实例。

Abstract:In this paper, a new geometric modeling scheme for sheet metal design is presented, which is called by Face Fusion Method (FFM). With this method,a sheet metal part can be designed more easily and efficiently. Moreover, the sheet metal part designed with FFM can be flattened directly without feature extraction, and the 2D drawing of flattened sheet metal can also be obtained. An example of sheet metal design is given at the end of this paper.
