| 摘 要： | 从氧化亚氮 (N2 O)引发空分设备爆炸事例 ,以上海宝钢 72 0 0 0m3/h空分设备在解决N2 O堵塞方面的实践 ,较系统地提出了N2 O的存在与性质 ,及在空分设备主冷凝蒸发器中的堵塞、危险成因与预防措施 ,并介绍了APCI公司对膜式主冷与N2 O安全问题的看法。

| Abstract: | The presence of N 2O in air separation plants and its property,the blockage of main condenser/reboiler,The cause of hazard formation and precautions are presented in this paper,reviewing from the explosion accidents of air separation plants caused by N 2O and practices of solving the blockage trouble due to N 2O in 72000m 3/h air separation plant located in Baoshan Steel Mill,Shanghai.The paper outlines APCI views on the diaphragm main condenser/reboiler and safety problems caused by N 2O. |
