炼化装置热网联运存在的问题及建议

摘    要:针对炼化装置热网联运过程中蒸汽管网末端温度偏低,分析了管线输送过程中的理论热损失和实际热损失,推断要满足蒸汽管线末端最低温度时起点的最低温度。对比燃机排气特性在不同负荷运行下设计与实际运行的差异,余热锅炉初始设计产汽量与实际产汽量的区别以及热网的供需平衡,提出了提高4.2MPa中压蒸汽产量,避免中压蒸汽减压至低压;停输化肥厂中压蒸汽;优化燃机余热锅炉运行;提高余热锅炉运行效率;减少电力工程部至化肥厂蒸汽管线热损失运行改进措施,并要求上级生产运行部门要根据各用户蒸汽需求,及时调整燃机余热锅炉运行,尽量使整个热网系统高效运行。

Problems and suggestions on combined transportation of refining andheating network

Abstract:This paper for Refinery Heat Transport in the process of steam pipe network terminal temperature is low, the analysis of pipeline transportation in the process of the theory ofheat loss and the actualheat loss, inferred to meet theminimum temperature of steam at the end of pipeline and starting point ofminimum temperature. Comparison of combustion engine exhaust characteristics under different load operation design and the actual operation of the differences, initial design of wasteheat boiler steam production amount and the actual production of steam flow andheat equilibrium of supply and demand of the proposed increase the loss will be of medium pressure steam output, avoid medium pressure steam pressure to low pressure; shutdown chemical fertilizer plant of medium pressure steam, optimized combustion engine wasteheat boiler operation; improve the running efficiency of wasteheat boiler; reduce electric power engineering department and chemical fertilizer plant steam pipelineheat loss performance improvement measures, and superior production and operation Department to according to the user demand for steam, timely adjustment of combustion engine wasteheat boiler operation, try to make the efficient operation of the entire network system.
