Research on Individualized Teaching of Chemical Engineering Principle in Higher Vocational Colleges

According to the goal of the development of higher vocational education,the paper analyzes the problems in the teaching of " Principles of Chemical Engineering" and puts forward the importance of carrying out the individualized teaching reform. The individualized teaching reform of the course of " Principles of Chemical Engineering" has been studied from the aspects of teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching methods and means,teaching evaluation and individualized teachers' construction.
