基于PLC实现双重互锁控制电机正反转的应用设计

摘    要:在传统的电气控制技术领域,采用交流接触器和复合开关按钮双重互锁实现对三相异步电动机的正转与反转的控制是最原始的控制方法。由于接触器和按钮控制在接线中非常繁琐复杂,虽然直观,但相对比较落后,为解决这一问题,主要探讨如何用FX系列PLC(可编程控制器),来实现对双重互锁控制电机正反转。从电路电气原理分析入手,深入电路的I/O接线、梯形图等PLC程序设计,最终实现用PLC替代对电路的控制。

Based on PLC to realize the application of dual interlock control motor and reversing design

Abstract:In the traditional electrical control technology, the use of ac contactor and composite dual interlock switch button to three-phase asynchronous motor's forward and inversion of control is the most primitive control method. Because of the contactor and the button control is very complex in the wiring, although straightforward, but is relatively backward, and to solve this problem, this paper mainly discusseshow to use the FX series PLC(programmable controller), to achieve the dual interlock control motor and reversing. Based on the analysis of the electrical principle of the circuit, the PLC programming, such as the I/O connection and the trapezoidal diagram of the circuit, finally realizes the control of the circuit by PLC.
