LC-MS/MS法同时测定再造烟叶中的9种合成着色剂

建立了测定再造烟叶中9种合成着色剂的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)方法。合成着色剂样品经水萃取后进行LC-MS/MS分析定量。结果表明:各合成着色剂均具有良好的线性关系(R2≥0.9989),加标回收率在88.5%~100.2%之间,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.74%~5.68%之间,方法的检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.05~0.31mg/kg和0.17~1.04mg/kg。该方法用于再造烟叶中9种合成着色剂的快速测定,具有灵敏、准确、简便等特点。

Simultaneous Determination of Nine Synthetic Colorants in Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco by LC-MS/MS

A method for determining 9 synthetic colorants in paper-making reconstituted tobacco byhigh performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) was developed. The sample was extracted with water, centrifugated, and then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Results showed that: the linear relationship wasgood with determination coefficients R2 ≥ 0.9989 in the 9 colorants. The recoveries of standard addition ranged from 88.5% to 100.2% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.74%~5.68%. The limit of detection was between 0.05 and 0.31mg/kg, and that of quantification was between 0.17 and 1.04mg/kg. This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of the nine synthetic colorants in papermaking reconstituted tobacco.
